How do I use it?

For most people 1 - 2 capsules is the recommended daily dose. Individuals with larger health concerns may take 2 or more daily as needed. Studies show that to aid the body in full absorption of the mushroom extract it is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day and be taken with Vitamin C.

Our capsules are vegetable-based and gelatin-free. Store capsules in a cool dry place.
